Lean training of managers in a major public-sector organisation.

Implementing Lean training of more than 100 managers at a major public-sector organisation. The training purpose was to outline Lean concepts, among other things, by way of Immenso’s Lean game and by introducing participants to specific tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen meetings.
